Scope<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This policy applies to all purchases made through the online shop <strong>demolish.store<\/strong>, specialising in the sale of <strong>expansive cements, tools and technical demolition equipment<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Right of Free Resolution - 14 days<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">According to <strong>Decree-Law no. 24\/2014<\/strong>, The consumer has a period of <strong>14 consecutive days<\/strong>, You may exercise your right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason, starting from the date of receipt of the order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The exercise of this right must be communicated in writing to the following e-mail address <strong><a>geral@geotek.pt<\/a><\/strong>, by means of an unequivocal statement identifying the order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Exclusions to the Right of Return<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Under the terms of Article 17 of Decree-Law 24\/2014, returns are not accepted in the following cases:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Expansive cements<\/strong> whose packaging has been opened, damaged or exposed to moisture, as it is a hygroscopic technical product whose integrity is essential for safety and performance<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Demolition tools and equipment<\/strong> with signs of use, assembly, testing or wear<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Products damaged by misuse, negligence or improper storage<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Products returned outside the legal period of 14 days<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5.
