1. Scope

This policy applies to all purchases made through the online shop demolish.store, specialising in the sale of expansive cements, tools and technical demolition equipment.


2. Right of Free Resolution - 14 days

According to Decree-Law no. 24/2014, The consumer has a period of 14 consecutive days, You may exercise your right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason, starting from the date of receipt of the order.

The exercise of this right must be communicated in writing to the following e-mail address geral@geotek.pt, by means of an unequivocal statement identifying the order.


3. Conditions for Accepting a Return

For the return to be accepted, the product must fulfil the following conditions cumulatively the following conditions:

  • Not used
  • In perfect condition
  • Keep the original packaging intact and sealed
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase

4. Exclusions to the Right of Return

Under the terms of Article 17 of Decree-Law 24/2014, returns are not accepted in the following cases:

  • Expansive cements whose packaging has been opened, damaged or exposed to moisture, as it is a hygroscopic technical product whose integrity is essential for safety and performance
  • Demolition tools and equipment with signs of use, assembly, testing or wear
  • Products damaged by misuse, negligence or improper storage
  • Products returned outside the legal period of 14 days

5. Returns procedure

After prior communication by e-mail and validation of the eligibility of the return, the customer must send the product to the following address:

  • The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • Cash on delivery is not accepted

6. Refunds

Upon receipt and technical verification of the returned product:

  • Reimbursement will be made via same payment method used for the purchase
  • The maximum deadline for processing the refund is 14 days
  • Any amount corresponding to the product depreciation, in case of improper handling

If the product does not fulfil the conditions described above, the return will be refused and the item sent back to the customer.


7. Defective Products or Transport Damage

Replacement or refund will only be made in the event of:

  • Proven manufacturing defect, or
  • Damage caused during transport, communicated within a maximum period of 48 hours after receipt, accompanied by a photographic record

8. Shipping costs

  • The postage associated with the return is borne by the customer
  • The initial shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the shop is responsible for an error

9. Data Protection (GDPR)

Personal data collected in the context of returns and refunds is processed exclusively for commercial management purposes, under the terms of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
